A straightforward engagement process — no long procurement cycles, no vague scopes.

Assessment & scope
A short technical review of your environment, followed by a clear plan tier and quote — no surprises later.
Onboarding
We deploy monitoring agents, document your environment, and agree SLAs before day one of live coverage.
Ongoing management
Continuous monitoring, regular reporting, and a direct line to your account contact — not a ticket queue into the void.
Built by practitioners, not just planners.
Anoki is founded and led by Ikona Arikpo, who spent 10 years living and working in the United States before returning home to start Anoki Integrated Technologies Ltd. That period included over 7 years delivering enterprise IT support across healthcare, finance, and energy — including systems serving 800+ end users — giving Anoki a founder who has worked inside the kind of organizations it now serves, not just studied them from the outside.
That means real experience with ServiceNow incident management, NinjaOne remote monitoring, Citrix virtual desktops, Active Directory administration, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare IT — the actual tools and standards behind a serious MSP practice, not a theoretical one.
Delivery is supported by a distributed team and a bench of vetted specialist partners, so every engagement gets the same practitioner-first standard, whether it's a help-desk ticket or a full systems integration project.
Ikona Arikpo
10 years in the United States, then enterprise IT delivery across the US, Nigeria and Malaysia — now building Anoki from Calabar.
One head office, coverage across the region.
Anoki is headquartered in Calabar, with client coverage extending to Lagos, Abuja, Uyo and Port Harcourt. Delivery — monitoring, tickets, deployments — is centrally coordinated and handled remotely wherever the client sits, so response times don't depend on physical distance from Calabar.
Head office & remote coverage
Calabar head office coordinating delivery to Lagos, Abuja, Uyo and Port Harcourt through a distributed team and vetted outsourcing partners engaged per project.
Local account representation
Dedicated account contacts and on-demand meeting space in Lagos and Abuja, so priority clients get a local point of contact alongside remote delivery.
Branch offices
Full serviced branch offices in Lagos, Abuja, Uyo or Port Harcourt as recurring contracts in each city justify the fixed cost.
Frequently asked questions.
Do you have a physical office I can visit?
Our head office is in Calabar. We serve clients in Lagos, Abuja, Uyo and Port Harcourt directly, with most support and monitoring handled remotely. For clients who need in-person meetings, we arrange on-demand meeting space in Lagos and Abuja.
How quickly do you respond to IT issues?
Response times are set out in your Service Level Agreement based on your plan tier (Essential, Business, or Enterprise), with priority response and faster resolution windows on higher tiers.
Can you work with our existing IT setup, or do we need to replace it?
In most cases we work with what you already have. We start with an assessment of your current systems and recommend changes only where they genuinely reduce risk or cost.
Do you handle data protection and compliance?
Yes — our approach aligns with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and, for healthcare clients, HIPAA-equivalent handling practices. Compliance support is included at the Enterprise tier and available as an add-on elsewhere.
What industries do you work with?
We work across SMEs and startups, financial services, government and parastatals, NGOs, and enterprise clients with existing IT environments — including regulated sectors like healthcare, drawing on our founder's direct experience there.
How do we get started?
Reach out with a short description of your current setup and what's not working. We'll schedule a discovery call, run a brief assessment, and come back with a scoped plan and quote — no commitment required to talk.
