Anoki is founded and led by Ikona Arikpo, who spent 10 years in the United States before returning home to build Anoki. That's 15 years of combined, hands-on experience with the tools behind serious IT management and delivery — ServiceNow incident tracking, NinjaOne remote monitoring, Active Directory administration, and IT project management — not theory.

Do you have a physical office I can visit?
We work with clients wherever they are — most support, monitoring, and project work is handled remotely. Where an in-person meeting genuinely helps, we arrange it.
How quickly do you respond to IT issues?
Response times are set out in your Service Level Agreement based on your plan tier (Essential, Business, or Enterprise), with priority response and faster resolution windows on higher tiers.
Can you work with our existing IT setup, or do we need to replace it?
In most cases we work with what you already have. We start with an assessment of your current systems and recommend changes only where they genuinely reduce risk or cost.
Do you handle data protection and compliance?
Yes — our approach aligns with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and, for healthcare clients, HIPAA-equivalent handling practices. Compliance support is included at the Enterprise tier and available as an add-on elsewhere.
